In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing pb888, completing account registration, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) pb888 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other method — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• Valid date of birth
• Active Philippine mobile number
• Valid email address
• Active GCash, PayMaya, or bank account details for payment processing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pb888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pb888 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your pb888 wallet in real time or within the processing window specified at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment provider limits and internal daily/weekly deposit caps applicable to your account tier.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in PHP. No foreign currency conversions are applied.
• Deposit fees: pb888 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the member's responsibility.

Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different individual — are prohibited and may result in funds being held pending investigation. pb888 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close accounts where third-party funding is confirmed.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money wallet balances (excluding unconverted bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Standard processing time: 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for matters addressed therein.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pb888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before rollover conditions are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Evidence of systematic bonus exploitation (including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or pattern betting to satisfy rollover with minimal actual risk) will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• pb888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that accrued qualifying bonus conditions that have already been triggered will be honoured.

All wagers placed on pb888 — including live casino games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, slots, and color prediction — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product as displayed within the game interface and help documentation.

General wagering rules applicable across all pb888 products:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. No cancellation of confirmed wagers is permitted except where the Company, at its sole discretion, identifies a technical error that materially affected the wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. pb888's determination of technical malfunction is final.
• Odds, payout rates, and game rules are subject to change. The rates and rules displayed at the time a wager is confirmed are binding for that wager.
• Maximum winnings per single event or game session may be subject to limits as specified in the game-specific rules. pb888 reserves the right to cap payouts on exceptional wins subject to prior written notification in the relevant game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pb888 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or false identities.
• Using software bots, automated tools, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place wagers, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including coordinated betting on live casino games.
• Money laundering or using pb888 as a channel to process, disguise, or transfer funds of illegal origin — a criminal offense under Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
• Attempting to access or interfere with pb888's systems, databases, or code in any unauthorized manner.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 7.
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at pb888 staff or other members via platform chat or any other communication channel.

pb888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.
• The account is subject to a court order, legal process, or regulatory directive.
• Extended inactivity: accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any wallet balance remaining may be subject to forfeiture at the Company's discretion after investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days of the closure decision.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Balance settlement for voluntary closures follows standard withdrawal procedures.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from use of pb888 shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pb888 provides platform services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors, or that the platform will meet any particular performance standard. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruption. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

pb888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

pb888 does not sell member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

• PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies as required by law.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing practice, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately.

If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect. Continued use of pb888 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the Civil Code, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

In the event of a dispute between you and pb888, you agree to first contact pb888 customer support to seek resolution. pb888 targets resolution of all member complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR via the relevant regulatory complaint procedure. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any unresolved legal disputes.
